Climate change

IMA members believe there is overwhelming scientific evidence for human-induced climate change, primarily as a result of increased carbon dioxide emissions since the industrial age began. Buildings account for approximately 40% of carbon dioxide emissions but the increased use of insulation will help in our fight to reduce these emissions and help prevent severe impacts of climate change. IMA members support this cause with the manufacture of Polyisocyanurate (PIR) and Polyurethane (PUR) insulation products, some of the most efficient insulation on the market. Using these products is the most cost effective way of saving carbon dioxide emissions.
